自噬在骨性关节炎中的研究进展

摘要
骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)以关节肿胀和疼痛为主要症状,严重影响患者生活质量,寻找治疗骨性关节炎有效药物成为当今研究热点。目前临床主要有:口服非甾体类抗炎药物,关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠等,以缓解疼痛,改善关节活动度的对症治疗,尚未发现有效治愈骨性关节炎的靶向药物。骨性关节炎的病理表现以滑膜炎和软骨退变为主。目前研究发现软骨细胞自噬水平下降是软骨退变原因之一,可能是治疗骨性关节炎药物靶点。该文就自噬定义、相关信号通路及影响因素,自噬在软骨细胞中的作用及骨关节炎中自噬等予以综述,为寻找有效治疗骨性关节炎药物提供新的思路。
