摘要：

慢性阻塞性肺病是慢性气道炎性疾病,抗炎治疗是防治的重要策略。吸入糖皮质激素是常用的抗炎药物,在稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病中应用增多,但其疗效仍有争议。
