<正>1995年,美国肺癌研究组(LCSG)报道了一项前瞻性随机对照试验,比较局部切除和肺叶切除治疗T1N0非小细胞肺癌的结果,研究强调了对于早期肺癌患者利用传统肺叶切除的必要性,认为局部切除的手术结果比肺叶切除较差[1]。基于此项研究,在很长一段时间内,局部切除仅被用于肺功
