<正>中枢神经系统内存在黄嘌呤氧化酶系统,在急性脑梗死发作时,由于脑组织缺血、缺氧,启动黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶等生化反应系统,产生大量尿酸及超氧阴离子等自由基,导致急性脑梗死患者血清尿酸水平较正常人明显升高。近几年流行病学及国内多数研究认为,高尿酸血症是急性脑梗死危险因素之一[1]。WHO在1989年将高尿酸血症确定为
