摘要：

全膝关节置换(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)术后,各型假体在膝关节疼痛程度评分(PS)、关节活动度(ROM),膝评分(KS)及关节功能评分(FS),髌骨评分及X线结果评分等方面是否有明显差异,在实际临床工作中,只有综合分析各种情况,选择恰当的假体,才能得到满意的疗效。本文综述了各型假体的优缺点,手术适应证等方面的临床研究进展。
