摘要：

骨质疏松症是中老年人特别是绝经后妇女的一种常见病、多发病。中医认为其病因病机主要为脾肾亏虚及气滞血瘀,西医则认为其发病为激素调控、营养因素、物理因素、遗传因素和药物因素所致。近年来,随着中西医对其病因病机的认识,中药和针灸等中医治疗,骨营养补充剂、骨吸收抑制剂、骨形成促进剂和解偶联剂、手术治疗等西医治疗和综合治疗成为骨质疏松症的主要治疗方法。该文对骨质疏松症最新的相关研究进行综述。
