摘要：

共生创新系统是创新系统发展演进的产物,是国家创新系统、区域创新系统、行业创新系统跨边界整合的新形态。介绍了共生创新系统的演进历程,从边界拓展视角对创新系统演进进行了解释;分析了其5个方面的结构层次及其关系,从共生演化、复杂巨系统、协同论的视角阐释了共生创新系统的运行机理,并提出了相关政策启示。
