急性卒中的肠内营养支持治疗及其对预后的影响

摘要
营养不良在急性卒中患者中相当普遍,是影响卒中预后的独立危险因素。早期肠内营养可改善卒中患者的营养状况、降低感染率和病死率、促进神经功能恢复、提高生活质量。因此,在胃肠道功能耐受的前提下,重度卒中患者应尽早选择肠内营养。
