SPE结合GC/MS测定黄酒中氨基甲酸乙酯

摘要
氨基甲酸乙酯(EC)是一种致癌物,黄酒中含量较高。采用固相萃取法提取黄酒中的EC,浓缩后进行GC/MS分析,SIM模式下内标法定量。方法回收率100.5%~106.2%,相对标准偏差为3.0%,方法检出限为0.54μg/kg,定量限为1.80μg/kg,方法准确可靠。采用本法测定10种市售黄酒,其EC含量为176.15~345.53μg/kg。
