摘要：

作为痴呆的早期阶段,非痴呆型血管性认知障碍(vascular cognitive impairment no dementia,VCI-ND)成为近年来的研究热点,有效识别VCI-ND对于预防痴呆和降低痴呆发病率具有重要的临床意义。文章对VCI-ND的神经心理学、神经影像学、生物学标记物以及预防和治疗等方面的研究进展进行了综述。
