<正>本最佳实践信息册是JBI于2005年发表的相同主题内容的更新[1],资料来自发表于2006-2008年的6篇系统评价[2-7]。在这6篇入选的系统评价中,4篇[2,4-6]报告应用计算机化医嘱输入系统(CPOE)和(或)临床决策支持系统(CDSS),而且没有发现新的证据支持其他类型的干预措施。1篇系统评价报告了可预防的用药不良事件的发生率和特征[3]。因此,大多数先前的最佳实践信息无法得到更新。
