摘要：

战略地图导向的战略管理流程具有实用性、操作性强的特性,克服了现有战略管理流程抽象、难以操作性的弊端,更有利于我国企业实施平衡计分卡体系,并具体阐述了战略地图导向战略管理流程的步骤。
