摘要：

药物性肝损害已成为全球死亡的主要原因之一,但其诊断一直难以达成统一的共识。经过20多年的努力,药物性肝损害的临床判断准确性和可操作性都取得了一定进展,目前使用较多的药物性肝损害诊断标准是ICM标准和Maria标准等。
