摘要：

<正>心房颤动(房颤)为常见的持续性心律失常,其患病率随着年龄的增长而增加,80岁以上人群的房颤患病率可达10%。对房颤患者的随访研究发现,5年中致命性卒中的发生率高达18%,心源性血栓栓塞是房颤引起的缺血性脑卒中的主要原因。因此,对房颤患者,脑卒中的一级和二级预防至关重要。近年来在房颤患者脑卒中的防治方面积累了一定的经验,本文对此作简要的综述。
