企业孵化器知识服务创新的关键影响因素——基于扎根理论的一项探索性研究

摘要：

知识服务创新对企业孵化器的竞争优势提升有重要影响,但是对于孵化器知识服务创新的影响因素问题目前还缺乏深入研究.本文通过深度访谈,应用扎根理论提炼了知识服务创新的影响因素,结果表明,知识运作能力、知识结网能力、知识服务需求和创新保障机制是扎根模型的4个主范畴.在此基础上,基于网络分析、访谈语句、关键事件等技术,以知识结网能力为例,分析了对应子范畴对知识服务创新的影响机理.
