摘要
气体信号分子一氧化氮(NO)是重要的细胞内信号分子与神经递质,在外周及中枢不同水平发挥痛觉调制作用。虽然对NO在疼痛信号传递中的作用已有较多的研究,但近来研究表明NO的作用部位、浓度、影响的下游信号通路以及机体的不同病理生理状态都可对NO的作用产生影响,甚至导致截然不同的结果。本文对NO在疼痛信号调制中的新进展进行综述。
