治疗高尿酸血症药物研发现状与思考

摘要：

高尿酸血症是临床常见的代谢性疾病,近年来呈现发病率上升趋势,是高血压、糖尿病、心血管疾病、慢性肾功能衰竭的诱因之一,影响了患者的生活质量。治疗方法以抑制尿酸产生或促进尿酸排泄为主,药物种类较少,不能满足临床实际需求。文章综述了近年来对高尿酸血症的发病机制研究进展及新药研究概况,对中药治疗高尿酸血症特点进行了分析,为基于临床有效中药研究与开发治疗高尿酸血症新药提供了思路。
