白介素在先心病合并肺动脉高压围术期的变化

摘要：

探讨白介素 6和白介素 8在先心病围术期变化规律 ,以及在先心病合并肺动脉高压围术期的变化特点。从 1996年 9月至 1998年 1月 ,将 32例左向右分流的先心病患者 ,分为肺动脉高压组和非肺动脉高压组。比较 2组在开放升主动脉后 1、2、4、6h的白介素 6和白介素 8的水平。体外循环后 ,2组的白介素 6和白介素 8水平均高于术前水平 (P <0 .0 5) ,而肺动脉高压组的白介素 6和白介素 8高于非肺动脉高压组(P <0 .0 5)。说明体外循环使白介素 6和白介素 8合成增加 ,合并肺动脉高压者大于无肺动脉高压者
