小白菊内酯抗肿瘤作用机制研究进展

摘要
小白菊内酯是中药野生甘菊的主要提取成分,它是倍半萜烯内酯的主要成分,过去主要用来治疗偏头痛,发热和类风湿性关节炎等。近年来研究发现,小白菊内酯在多种肿瘤中通过不同机制发挥抗癌作用,并且研究发现小白菊内酯可以增强化疗药物和放疗对肿瘤细胞的杀伤性。因此小白菊内酯成为抗肿瘤药物的研究热点。本文主要从小白菊内酯的药理研究进展进行综述,以期进一步推动小白菊内酯在抗肿瘤作用中的研究和应用。
