摘要
<正>下腰痛,因其高患病率和带来沉重的社会经济负担,成为了一个世界性难题。在众多致病要素中,椎间盘退变(intervertebral disc degeneration,IVDD)是引起腰痛的主要因素之一。椎间盘退变的特点是通过一个级联放大反应-椎间盘微环境改变、细胞衰老或凋亡,进而诱导椎间盘的生化和结构改变-椎间盘的生物学功能最终发生障碍。充分认识椎间盘形态形成、生长和退行性病变的分子机制,能为选择一种最为适当而有效的治疗策略来修复椎间盘退行性病变提
