纳米二氧化硅-姜黄素杂化材料的制备及防霉性能

摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)将具有生物活性的植物多酚姜黄素接枝在纳米二氧化硅上得到二氧化硅-姜黄素有机无机杂化材料。用红外光谱、XRD对产物结构进行了必要表征。元素分析仪确定了产物中被接枝的二氧化硅量为28.5%(质量比)。并选用黑曲霉和青霉作供试菌种,对其防霉性能和对霉菌的光毒性作了一定研究。研究结果表明:姜黄素通过APTES能接枝在纳米二氧化硅表面,并得到含希夫碱(C=N)官能团有机无机杂化材料;制备的杂化材料对青霉和黑曲霉均表现出较好的抗菌效果,特别是对黑曲霉表现更强的抗菌防霉性能,且对黑曲霉有较优异的光毒性反应。
