摘要：

痛风已是危害人们健康的常见疾病,近些年在痛风的诊治方面取得了很大的进展,本文主要就痛风的治疗,包括急性痛风性关节炎,降尿酸治疗和急性痛风的预防性治疗等方面进行介绍。急性痛风发作时应给予积极抗炎镇痛治疗,病情严重者可给予联合治疗。急性发作期在给予抗炎治疗的同时可给予降尿酸治疗,不影响急性发作的缓解。除非布司他可有效降低血尿酸外,新型降尿酸药物lesinurad有望与非布司他或别嘌醇联合应用,达到更好的降尿酸效果。
