老年原发性高血压患者动态脉压与同型半胱氨酸的相关性

摘要
目的探讨老年原发性高血压(EH)患者脉压(PP)与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的关系。方法369例EH老年患者进行体检,检测血清Hcy及其他生化指标。依据PP的大小分为3组行组间对照,比较不同PP、血压组间血清Hcy浓度。结果EH患者PP和Hcy之间密切相关,在对高血压的其他危险因素进行调整后,这种相关性仍然存在。结论老年EH患者PP升高与Hcy升高密切相关。Hcy可能参与了EH的发生与发展。
