摘要：

MoCA量表是目前较为受关注的新一代临床认知功能速测工具,其针对血管性认知障碍筛查的高敏感度,正不断被临床验证而备受业界关注。本文试图阐述它的发展过程和国内引进的相关情况;总结其在临床应用研究中所体现出的优缺点;讨论神经心理学对脑认知损害测量的意义以及发展前景。
