摘要
神经系统的正常功能是以兴奋性和抑制性之间的相对平衡为基础的。CNS过度兴奋会导致失眠、癫痫、感官功能下降等一系列病理状态。因此,抑制性作用对人类为维持正常的生理功能是十分重要的。在中枢神经系统中,抑制性氨基酸及其受体介导的突触传递起着主要的抑制作用,可以作为治疗癫痫、疼痛、帕金森综合症等疾病的新的作用靶点。
