脑梗死出血转化的危险因素分析

摘要：

目的探讨脑梗死出血转化发生的危险因素。方法回顾性分析2007—2011年我院收治的480例前循环脑梗死患者,收集人口学、临床和影像的资料,采用多元Logistic回归模型分析脑梗死继发出血的危险因素。结果 39例患者发生脑梗死出血转化,发生率为8.13%;其中梗死面积(OR 9.2,95%CI 3.4～28.1)是脑梗死出血转化独立的危险因素。结论大面积脑梗死易继发出血。
