高血压社区管理研究的进展

摘要：

高血压病是目前我国甚至全球的常见病和多发病,其发病率高,病程长,疾病负担重的特点,使它成为我国社区卫生服务中重点管理的慢性疾病。目前,社区管理被证明是有效控制高血压的最重要的途径。为了缓解我国社区高血压控制率低,社区管理水平不高的困境,建立新的有效的高血压社区管理模式刻不容缓。本文综述了全球范围内高血压病社区管理的方法和经验,结合我国高血压社区管理发展的状况,评述了目前我国高血压社区管理的主要模式及其特点,强调了新的高血压社区规范化管理的特点和优势,为社区高血压管理提供建议。
