<正>热休克蛋白(Hsp)是Ritossa最先在果蝇唾液腺中发现的遗传高度保守的热应激蛋白质家族,又称应激蛋白。其广泛存在于多种生物细胞中,作为分子伴侣(分子伴侣是指在体内帮助其他含多肽的物质正确组装,但不参与其生物学作用),当遭受氧化应激、高热、缺血等应激时,在蛋白质内稳态、凋亡、侵袭、细胞信号转导中扮演重要角色[1]。基于氨基酸序列和分子量大小,Hsp可分5个家族。Hsp27,鼠类为Hsp25,属于小分子量Hsp家族中的重要成员,普遍存在于
