<正>糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)是危害人类健康的重要疾病,目前DM患者全球逾1.7亿,其中2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetesmellitus,T2DM)占90%左右。预计2030年患病人数将翻一番,新增患者主要集中在中国、印度等发展中国家。DM致残和早亡的重要原因是血糖控制不佳所致的各种并发症,一直以来,DM被认为是内科不可治愈的疾病,而目前用于控制血糖的主要措施包括控制饮食、运动、口服降糖药或使用
