摘要：

本文总结和发展了不同类型的质量管理实践与质量绩效、创新绩效之间交互关系的多种可能模式,通过实证研究得出:质量管理基础实践、质量管理核心实践和质量绩效三者之间的关系为完全中介效应模式,中介变量为质量管理核心实践;质量管理核心实践调节影响质量管理基础实践和创新绩效之间的关系,即三者之间的影响关系是调节效应模式。研究的结论有助于更深入的理解质量管理与企业绩效之间相互关系,突出了质量管理实践在创新领域特殊的应用形式。
