药物损伤心肌细胞线粒体致心脏毒性的分析

摘要
线粒体是真核细胞中最重要的细胞器,它是细胞有氧呼吸的主要场所,心肌细胞中存在着丰富的线粒体,线粒体的正常功能对于维持心肌细胞功能具有至关重要的作用[1]。近年来研究发现心肌线粒体是药物心脏毒性作用的主要靶标之一,药物可通过多种途径致线粒体毒性,线粒体损伤是许多药物心脏毒性反应早期的重要特征。我们主要讨论药物损伤心肌线粒体的机制和线粒体损伤如何促使心脏毒性的发生。
