摘要：

在2013美国心脏病学会基金会(ACCF)/美国心脏协会(AHA)心力衰竭管理指南的基础上,美国心脏病学会(ACC)/AHA/美国心力衰竭学会(HFSA)发布了2017心力衰竭管理指南更新。更新的主要内容包括生物标志物部分内容的修订;新的药物,包括ARNI、伊伐布雷定对C期射血分数降低的心力衰竭(HFr EF)患者的治疗推荐等。
