新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱特征分析

摘要
目的分析新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱组分特征。方法选择60例新诊断T2DM患者(T2DM组)和55例健康对照者(对照组),用高效气相色谱法测定并比较两组受检者的血清磷脂脂肪酸谱组分。结果新诊断T2DM组患者的饱和脂肪酸(SFA)总量较对照组显著升高〔(48.79±1.55)%与(42.58±1.96)%〕,单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)总量较对照组显著降低〔(10.72±1.53)%与(12.09±1.32)%〕,多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)亦较对照组显著降低〔(39.49±1.88)%与(45.33±1.96)%〕,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新诊断T2DM患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱与健康者不同,前者SFA总量高于健康者,而MUFA、PUFA总量低于健康者。
