转型经济国家中的“第三部门”发展:对中国现实的解释

China has undergone unprecedented social changes since economic reform,the theoretical issue of “State society relation” becomes a vivid subject of recent published works.The expansion of the third sector beyond the state regimes in China has obtained much attention from the scholars at home and abroad,at least in the field of sociology.Based on the understanding of the concept of the third sector and its ideological roots,the author attempts to analyze the impact of role changes of the state on the growth of the third sector in reformed China.After interpreting the relationship between state,market and society,the author argues that three most important factors,i.e.political legitimacy,financial autonomy and organizational capacitybuilding definitely determine the growth of the third sector in temporary China.
