摘要：

护理质量是评价医院质量的关键因素之一。国内外已将压疮的发生率作为评价护理质量的标准。压疮的产生与压力、剪切力/摩擦力、潮湿等物理因素有关,同时患者多方面的自身因素也是压疮发生的危险因素,所以老年患者压疮的发生率较高,更应引起医务人员的重视。分析压疮发生的不同原因及评估相关因素,找出临床工作中所存在的压疮的护理误区,制定相应的预防措施,加强健康宣教,从而减少老年患者压疮的发生率,减轻患者的痛苦、提高医院整体的护理质量。
