<正>直径≤1.5 cm的周围型单发肺小结节临床上并不少见,其中非小细胞肺癌称之为小结节非小细胞肺癌(snNSCLC),电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)在其治疗上有创伤小、恢复快的特点,现探讨snNSCLC的临床特点及VATS在其治疗中的作用。资料和方法2001年1月至2007年4月,收治术后病理证实为直径≤1.5 cm的snNSCLC 320例,其中行VATS肺叶切除术41例,男25例,女16例;年龄40～75岁,平均
