<正>心力衰竭是各种心脏结构或功能性疾病导致心室充盈或射血能力受损而引起的一组综合征,临床表现主要是呼吸困难和无力而致体力活动受限和水肿。目前,心力衰竭已成为全球主要致死原因之一。据世界卫生组织公布的资料,目前全球心衰患者的数量已高达2250万以上,仍以每年200万的速度递增。在我国,根据中华医学会心血管病学分会估算,我国成年人
