摘要：

Based on plenty of detail data,the paper analyzed the diversity of the Chinese Internet users' quantity,penetration rate and usage of different age,gender and educational degree.Combined with the Internet macro resources and environment,the author thoroughly studied the different distribution among each province and East,middle,west of China for the first time throughout the country,brought up a new conception of Internet Development Index(IDI).With comparison and analysis,the paper clearly discovered the digital divide in China's Internet development.
