细胞因子诱导抑郁症的发病机制

摘要
抑郁症严重威胁着人类的身心健康,对其发病机制的探索尤为重要。越来越多的证据显示抑郁症的发生与免疫因素(尤其是细胞因子)存在着密切的联系。现重点讨论细胞因子作用于中枢神经系统的途径,及细胞因子诱导抑郁症的生物学机制。其机制分为三个方面:细胞因子对下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴、神经传递(5-羟色胺、多巴胺、谷氨酸)、神经元再生的影响。
