儿童心理虐待与忽视量表在大学生中的应用

摘要：

目的探讨初步编制的儿童心理虐待与忽视量表在大学生中应用的信度和效度。方法对457名大学生进行一般资料问卷、儿童心理虐待与忽视量表、儿童虐待史问卷(CECA.Q)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)的调查,2周后对53名学生进行儿童心理虐待与忽视量表的重测。结果(1)总量表Cronbach’sα系数为0.858,重测相关为0.769。(2)心理虐待分量表和忽视分量表与总量表相关系数分别为0.793和0.855,分量表之间相关系数为0.439;验证性分析显示二因素二阶模式与理论构想吻合度较好。(3)总量表、心理虐待分量表和忽视分量表与CECA.Q精神虐待部分相关系数分别为0.489,0.359,0.483。(4)大学生童年期心理虐待组或忽视组在SCL-90各个因子上得分较高,与对照组差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论儿童心理虐待与忽视量表在大学生群体中有较好的信效度。
