创造力研究述评:概念、测量方法和影响因素

摘要
创造力是创新的理念源泉与核心要素,对组织竞争优势的塑造与维系至关重要。本文通过对9种管理学国际权威期刊发表于1993~2014年间以创造力为主题的104篇学术论文的整理与分析,系统展现最近二十余年管理学国际权威期刊对创造力研究问题的关注情况,归纳创造力的共识性概念与测量方法,梳理创造力的各类影响因素,以期描绘创造力研究发展的主流脉络,并据此对创造力未来的研究趋势和潜在的研究机会做出判断。
