军队组织文化对知识共享的影响研究——以美军知识共享路径为例

摘要
打赢基于信息系统的体系作战强烈依赖于组织内部有效的知识共享,而组织文化则是影响知识共享的最重要因素。系统分析"合作参与"、"信任"和"激励"等三个相互关联的重要因素对知识共享的影响,有助于全面认识军队组织文化对知识共享的影响。
