<正>肝纤维化是各种慢性肝病发展为肝硬化的共有病理改变。随着对肝纤维化的深入研究,已发现肝纤维化、甚至早期肝硬化是可以逆转的[1];并且已证实肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cells,HSC)是参与肝纤维化过程中的最重要细胞,其活化及自身增殖和胶原合成增加是肝纤维化形成的中心环节[2];但肝纤维化恢复期
