摘要：

<正>正常步态是由正常的肌肉骨骼系统、神经系统、视觉、本体感觉、认知和心血管系统等多系统相互作用的结果,任一系统的缺损均可能导致步态异常。三维步态分析可对步长、步宽、步速、步频、步行周期等多种步态指标进行定量分析,有助于临床工作者和科研人员来发现问题、制定训练方案和评价疗效。本文对三维步态分析的基本方法、临床应用、优势、局限及研究发展进行综述。
