摘要：

资源基础理论认为资源是企业发展的基础,而能力理论认为能力是企业发展的关键。资源与能力的关系已经成为学术界关注的焦点。在文献回顾的基础上提出了研究假设,通过实证研究验证了假设,并对研究结果进行了讨论,概括了理论和实践上的贡献、局限性及将来可能的研究方向。
