理性人为何捐赠?——关于慈善理论和实验研究的一个综述

摘要
慈善事业的起点始于人们无私的捐赠,如何提高慈善事业募捐效果?要回答此问题,先要在理论上解释人为什么捐赠,进而研究影响和决定人们慈善参与率和捐赠数量的主要因素。本文详细评述了过去三十年来国内外关于捐赠动机和捐赠行为的研究。早期的研究强调理论模型的构建和分析,一般认为人们因为利他动机捐赠,兼有温情效应、社会地位、社会压力等自利动机。最近十多年来,研究者更关注影响捐赠者捐赠的具体因素,大量应用随机实验的方法,研究募捐的方法、配套的募捐规则、捐赠人的特征和社会偏好等因素对慈善行为的影响。
