摘要：

目的对远程心理咨询与传统的面对面咨询的差异进行评估。方法取SCL-90中10项条目进行评分,对50名受试者同时进行面对面和远程咨询方式评分同时进行满意度调查。结果两种结果的评分无明显差异,无论是受试者还是医生都有较高的满意度。结论远程心理咨询可以达到与传统的面对面咨询一样的效果。
