摘要：

近年来,随着临床与基础研究的发展,PRP在成骨效应,软骨以及血管再生等方面显示出不同效果的生物效应,使其在骨关节外科领域有着理想的应用前景。但是伤口愈合、骨性关节炎以及韧带跟腱修复等方面在临床应用上缺乏标准的治疗指南且试验样本量不够大,导致治疗效果不一致。因此,本文查阅近年来有关PRP在骨关节外科研究及应用的国外文献并进行分析,目的为PRP将来的研究方向以及制定临床应用标准准则提供参考。
