<正>自1990-2010年,全球脑卒中所致的病死率已达26%,占所有疾病伤残调整寿命年的19%[1]。随着我国逐渐进入老龄化社会,脑血管疾病已经成为我国城乡人口的第一位死亡和致残原因。流行病学研究表明,我国每年共有150万200万新发脑卒中患者。其中,缺血性脑卒中（ischemic stroke,IS）约占60%80%,故对IS的发病机制
