摘要：
多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是一种发病多因性、临床表现异质性的内分泌综合征,肥胖、胰岛素抵抗及高胰岛素血症是PCOS的重要特点之一,含有炔雌醇环丙孕酮的复方口服避孕药达英-35因其有效的抗雄激素作用取得了令人满意的临床疗效,但对于糖脂代谢方面的影响却报道不一,成为生殖内分泌领域的研究热点之一,现对国内外研究成果做以综述,为临床治疗提供依据。
